We are so excited to share with you our new event space on North 4th Street in The Brooklyn Arts District. Belle Vue Wilmington is the perfect space for every event. With 2000 square feet it is ideal for small intimate parties up to 70 guests. Our new glistening chandeliers will lead you to see the original exposed brick walls dating back to 1919. This modern and historic contrast will leave you feeling nostalgic. Photographers love this venue because the sun pours in from the windows and illuminates the space with natural light to capture the most important moments. Belle is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings and so much more! If you are looking for a space to host an event, we are located in the Brooklyn Arts district just minutes from downtown. The space is private and cozy appealing to all of your guests.

2024 Belle Vue Wilmington information: Here is a bit of info to get started and if we are on the same page we can dig deeper into the planning and answering the questions you might have. Basically I provide the seating with tables, chairs, linen, cocktail tables, and bar stools, a sound system, bar area, and a TV for a slideshow. We have a large free parking lot across the street. Belle is ADA compliant. Belle is perfect for about 70 people for a cocktail party or a 50 person seated dinner.

Use ANY vendors, bring in ANY food (catering, potluck, party trays, private chef or even a pizza party). You can also provide beer/wine/champagne (If you want spirits there is a one day permit through the city for $75).

Included: *60 black chiavari chairs *9 six foot banquet tables *7 white linen for the dinner tables *2 black linen for the food tables *cocktail tables (7) *cocktail stools (16) *Bar/bar cooler *prep kitchen, 2 full size refrigerator/freezers and a large microwave *Two speaker sound system *TV monitor for a slideshow or sports

Smaller parties of 40 or less we also offer these items for an extra $100. Assorted serving plates, serving utensils and bowls. 40 dinner plates, 40 app/dessert plates, flatware, wine and champagne glasses. For glassware only it is an extra $25.
We book Belle out from 9:00am to 3:30pm, 4:30-10:30 or all day 9:00am to 10:30pm.
